At BUKS, we offer shipping services to most locations in India. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 3-4 business days of receiving the order. However, please note that processing times may be longer up to 7 days during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

We offer flat-rate shipping for orders within Delhi & NCR and variations may occur across the border shipping on domestic orders. Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the product in your order, as well as your location. You will see the shipping cost at the time of checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS, and you can also find the tracking code in the user panel. You can use this tracking number to track your order with the shipping carrier's website
